Charlie Miller

Photographed by Paul Shoul

Photograph of a mature man with graying hair and a white beard. He is wearing large, thin rimmed glasses and smiling at the camera as he plays the conga drums. Behind him are balloons and the interior "wall" of a large venue tent with window-like cutouts.

A Memory

Judith Fine: Charlie Miller (1931-2024) was a renaissance man—he painted, played jazz on his  conga drums, embraced intellect, had a great sense of humor, and lived a long life.  He rode his bike everywhere while he could.
