Memories

David Strickland: I took Buddy skydiving with a live broadcast on the radio. We had a little dialog practice with a thanks to our sponsors using a air to ground radio system that we had strapped on for the ride down after the parachute opened. Buddy was supposed to comment on the incredible view. He just said “holy shit ” several times.

Marci Linker: He was so young there! I first heard his voice on the radios in the early 90s, but then he used to emcee public events around town for a number of years
Reply:
Ellen DeBruyn: He loved the Transperformances at Look Park. His ashes are backstage.

Dann Vazquez: I enjoyed playing The Sex Pistols “God Save The Queen” at Transperformance: Look Punk with him. Spur of the moment idea by Buddy Rubbish (who was interpreting Johnny Rotten this year). A very rare occurrence at events like these.

Martin Carrera: Buddy, He was crazy at times. Very smart and creative. I loved his sprit and soul.
