Memories

Libby Spencer: I didn’t meet him until shortly before he died. We spent a couple of hours chatting at a table outside on the sidewalk downtown. He was a warm and engaging guy. I wish I had known him better.

Susan Boss: Lovely guy We have three of his paintings. We got to know him as we all got older and he moved to Easthampton. Beautiful portrait.

George Fleischner: A very close friend. I met Greg in the early 70’s when I tended bar at Sheehans. A wonderful artist and an incredible person.

Mary Jo Lundquist: He loved Northampton. Miss him everyday. Downtown Northampton just feel the same without him. Our son has his name.

Rich Callery: He had some epic paintings on the walls of Packards. I have one of his works. Huge and powerful painting.

Martin Carrera: My friend… My Compadre. We bounded the first months I opened. I had some paintings from Puerto Escondido on the Pacific side of Mexico 🇲🇽.

He came in another time and gave me a painting called: Two Blind Musicians…from his days in Puerto Escondido. He was the artist I collected the most. There was nothing like a conversation with him outside of Starbucks. I miss him
