Memories

Martin Carrera: Dennis the man you could always count on to order dinner 10 minutes before Spoleto’s closed. He took a dinosaur of a building and made it shine. Downtown Northampton is better because of his vision.

Joleen Benedict: I first met Dennis as a Collegian ad manager in the early 80’s, and stayed in touch with him throughout my newspaper days in the Valley. He was a kind man. I learned a lot about advertising from selling ads to him over the course of many years he was patient and fun to work with!

Libby Spencer: I met him through my workplace. An interesting man. I became fond of him. I wept over his tragic death.
