Memories

Carolyn Ahearn: Waited tables at The Eastside for most of the 90’s. In the background I spy Kitchen Mgr. & chef Dick Callahan(back left) along with Chefs Eric “Yeti” Leidberg (back right with his back to us), and Stephen Schaeffer(center). Good times with the best people.

Mike Galusza: Dan was best man at my wedding. A wonderful friend

Martin Carrera: I will always be in debt to Danny for the wonderful letter of character he wrote for me and my wife in order to proceed with the adoption of our youngest child. Also for being Mr. Northampton, he always had the best interest of Northampton in his heart and soul. Northampton would not be the town it is today without him.

Hosie Baskin: At a Books for Cooks fundraiser for the United Way at Union Station in the early 90s, I think.
